Bookfeeding Project is a Non-Governmental, Charity Organisation which does not receive financial support from any local authorities or religious institutions. We are a group of multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, and multi-faith individuals, which are united in a drive to help others in need.
Volunteers can do a lot - and our volunteers are especially devoted to the task of ending illiteracy, and improving the access to education and important life-skills around the world.
Nevertheless, the number of libraries we can build depends on the sum of money we are able to fundraise. We can build a library with only 2000EUR, and with additional 1000 EUR we are also able to provide international and local books in conformity with the needs of the community.
We continue working with all the communities after the libraries are established. By offering various skills-building workshops or projects tailored to the community needs we try to improve their livelihoods and quality of life. If you choose to you can also support a specific library or workshop.
